The security deposit is always charged at the time of booking.

Unfortunately not every visitor respects property as much as others.

We have introduced security deposits in case bell tents or Tent Pods are left extremely dirty, property is damaged or missing, or guests do not comply with our Terms and Conditions.

We aim to be as fair as possible, and rarely use the security deposit.

For security reasons we do not store credit card details to allow a later charge of the deposit.

The security deposit is £50 for Bell Tents and £25 for Tent Pods, and for the majority of guests, is paid back within 7 working days of the leaving date.

Guests may be liable for the cost of repair or replacement should any damage occur or items be missing following their stay.

We kindly ask guests to leave the accommodation and its contents as they found them. Any loss or damage may be charged accordingly.
