At the time of booking, you will also be asked to pay a security deposit. This deposit is designed to cover any small items missing or minor damages. Please refer to the Security Deposit section of our Terms and Conditions for more information.

We highly recommend that you take out suitable travel insurance for your stay. This will cover you in case your travel plans cause you to be unable to use your booking. In the unlikely event of property damage, it should also cover you for any cost of any damage you may cause during your stay.
